Services
Ventra provides staffing services by connecting certified Pilates, Lagree, and barre instructors (“Instructors”) with fitness studios, gyms, or wellness businesses (“Studios”). Ventra acts as a staffing agency and does not directly employ instructors unless specified.
Instructors Responsibilities

Provide accurate information during the application process.

Maintain required certifications, insurance (if applicable), and professional conduct.

Arrive on time and deliver services agreed upon with Ventra and the studio.
Studio Responsibilities

Submit accurate staffing requests.

Provide a safe working environment for instructors.

Pay agreed service fees on time as outlined in contracts or invoices.
Payments
tudios will be billed through Ventra. Instructors will be paid by Ventra after services are completed. Payment terms are outlined in agreements and may vary by placement type (per diem, temp-to-perm, seasonal).
Limitation of Liability
Ventra is not liable for any direct, indirect, or incidental damages resulting from services provided by instructors or studios. Each party is responsible for its own actions.
Intellectual Property
All content on the Ventra website (logos, text, designs) is the property of Ventra and may not be copied or used without permission.
Changes to Terms
Ventra may update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Updates will be posted on this page with a new “last updated” date.
